Online Purchases

For items purchased online you will have 14 days from your delivery date to return your item for a full refund. Please note that items must not be worn and in original packaging for refund to be issued. Also we do not issue refund on Jewellery items purchased due to hygiene reasons.

Items returned after 14 day up to 28 days will be for exchange or credit note only. After this time frame we will not be able to issue returns.

Cabin Purchases

For items purchased in cabin you will have 14 days from your shopping date to return your item for a full refund. Please note that items must not be worn and in original packaging for refund to be issued. Also we do not issue refunds on Jewellery items due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Purchases

All sale items have a 7 day exchange policy. We do not issue refunds on sale items.

Gift Card Purchases

Gift Card sales are non refundable and cant be exchanged

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase a full refund will be issued or where appropriate an exchange will be offered. After 30 days items will be accessed on an individual basis and where we can we will have items repaired.

Return Details

If returning to cabin please just stop past during our opening hours and we will be happy to help. If returning online please contact us at flutterbygiftboutique@outlook.com to let us know which item you will be returning and once approved we will send over return address and details. Please note that the cost of return postage will not be refunded or covered by Flutterby Gift Boutique. We recommend you keep hold of your posting receipt until we confirm that the item is back with us.
